1965 Studebaker Daytona 2 Door Sports Sedan

It's not actually a 65 Daytona, but a partial clone with teh vinyl roof, and a close colour to the Bordeaux Red. Looks to have a 64 Daytona trunk lid, and nicely finisged custim trim, this example was advertised on Ebay USA asking $24,000 USD in Oct 2019. In the original advertisement the seller noted the following:

  • 83 Stroker made using a 350-y block with 400 cast crank with mains turned down to fit 350 block.  5.7 Rods and .030 over pistons at 9.5 to 1 compression.
  • GM heads HP 1.94 intake with mild port.  Edlebrock intake with Performer Mild Competition 268H Block Hugger 1 5/8 headers and 2” Stainless Glass packs.
  • Carb is Sumait 750 cfm. Estimated horsepower  is 350-375 with 400 Ft/Lbs. Torque. Muncie (Rock Crusher) 4 speed with  Hurst Shifter 9” with Ford Rear end 325 open  Steel tech front Disc brakes with 12” 70’s Impala Rotors and  Rear 11” Ford rotors 1985 Seville CAD Calipers. 
  • Has external balance Chev 400 168 Flywheel
  • 10.5” Rebuilder clutch.
