This GTO has had a tough life! With a lot of owners in its history and (from what it appeared) a bit of abuse along the way. it’s come afar from sitting in sheds and various paddocks for 10 or so years, which is how I found it in 2015. Purchased the car for $2500 and set upon the restoration. I painted the car myself as an apprentice refinisher.  3 years later the car is (relatively) complete with a few touches missing (chrome sill strips, graphic, rear badges) but these are all in various states of repair or I’m still trying to find them! The car is currently getting suspension mods,New wheels and a potential engine rebuild soon. Probably a repaint also as my prep work as an apprentice left a bit to be desired!
